1 Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ku9p ("we", "us", "platform") and any person who uses this website or its services ("you", "user", "member").

By accessing ku9p.lat, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Important: These Terms apply to the Bangladesh market. If any part of this document is unclear, please contact our support team before creating an account.

Key Definitions

  • "Platform" — ku9p's website, mobile interface, and all related services.
  • "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on ku9p.
  • "Wallet" — the financial balance held in a member's account.
  • "Bonus" — promotional funds or benefits provided by the platform.
  • "Bet" — a wager placed to participate in any game or event.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on ku9p, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Registration Terms

  • You must provide your real name, date of birth, and correct contact details.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
  • Registering with false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.
  • Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ku9p carries out identity verification to ensure platform security and prevent financial fraud. When a withdrawal is requested, or in cases of any suspicious activity, we may ask for a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal process.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Age Limit: ku9p is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service.

To use ku9p's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must not be located in any region or country where online betting or casino services are completely prohibited.
  • You must play on your own account — playing on behalf of others or on another person's account is prohibited.
  • Individuals associated with professional sports (players, referees, club officials) may not place bets on related sports.

ku9p is committed to protecting minors. If any irregularity is found during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ku9p supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods to ensure your transactions are fast and secure.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
  • Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to hold funds until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (same account number).
  • Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
Transaction Timing: Withdrawal times may increase in the event of urgent technical maintenance or banking system issues. We will notify users in such situations.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ku9p offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, and it applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 from the bonus funds before withdrawing (৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000).

General Bonus Terms

  • Each member may use each offer only once.
  • After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
  • ku9p reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If any fraudulent activity is proven in connection with claiming a bonus, the account will be terminated.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

ku9p offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as a range of services including slots, live casino, fishing games, and card games.

Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ku9p automatically does so under special circumstances.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ku9p reserves the right to void or correct the bet.
  • If an event is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.
  • The relevant international governing body's decision is the authority for determining results.

Game Results

All game results are determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. ku9p is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the smooth operation of the ku9p platform and the safety of all members:

Fraud & Manipulation

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
  • Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the server.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game results.

Money Laundering & Illegal Transactions

  • Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
  • Using deposit and withdrawal strategies for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods or another person's account.

Other Prohibited Activities

  • Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members.
  • Impersonating ku9p staff.
  • Copying or distributing any platform content without authorisation.
Warning: If a prohibited activity is proven, ku9p may close the account without notice and forfeit all funds. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ku9p reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If an account was created using false information.
  • If the required KYC documents are not provided within the specified time.
  • If evidence of fraud or suspicious transactions is found.
  • At the member's own request (voluntarily or as part of responsible gambling).

Balance During Suspension

While an account is suspended, the member will not be able to access their wallet balance. Once the investigation is complete, if no rule violation is found, the account will be reactivated and the balance returned. If a rule violation is proven, ku9p may forfeit the funds.

Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact our support team. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining wallet balance will be provided before the account is closed (excluding any bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met).

11 Limitation of Liability

ku9p accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

  • If a session is disconnected due to internet connection issues.
  • If loss occurs due to a fault in the member's own device or software.
  • If the service is unavailable during unplanned server maintenance.
  • If loss results from third-party hacking or a cyber attack, provided ku9p has taken reasonable security measures.
  • If financial loss results from the member's own betting or gaming decisions.
Warning: The risk of losing money in betting and casino games is always present. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.

Technical Errors

If a technical error is detected during a game, ku9p may cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. In the case of a faulty result, ku9p's decision shall be considered final.

12 Changes & Contact

ku9p reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given advance notice of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, please notify the support team to close your account.
